Health Insurance
Custom Piping Systems offers group health insurance to eligible employees and eligible dependents after 90 days. We pay 50% of the cost for employee coverage.
401(k) Plan
Eligible employees may participate in Custom Piping Systems’ 401(k) plan. We provide 100% vesting after two years of employment.
Dental and Vision Care
After 90 days, employees are eligible for dental and vision benefits. Custom Piping Systems pays 50% of individual dental and vision plan costs.
Paid Time Off
Paid time off (PTO) is available to all full-time and part-time employees after 90 days of employment and based on length of employment. Additionally, there are seven annual paid holidays.
